Great service from sales team. I bought a 65 plate car last week and the day after I picked it up, it had a few problems. I wasnt happy at the time, however the problems have been resolved and the branch manager offered us a goodwill offer for the inconvenience caused.
Visited the Lenzie showroom after a recommendation from a current customer and was very impressed. John Fullerton is one of the best sales consultants I have had the pleasure of working with when purchasing my vehicles over the years. John delivered an excellent level of service whilst making the whole experience positive, friendly and value adding, John took time to listen to, and understand my brief, asked all the right questions then professionally offered up some great, cost effective options of which I bought one, a superb, used, Astra which was presented immaculately with all the spec I asked for. Would firmly recommend this sales person and a visit to the Lenzie branch.
Just been out today with my daughter and son in law, too introduce them both too John Robertson, as always, John understood what they wanted in a car, and both have walked away very happy with the service from the Lenzie team, and now soon to be proud owners of a new shape Insignia. Quite easy to find off the A806. Just be aware of the school as you approach. Servicing is done in a small office next to the garage section. Sales are separate. Nice ladies looking after you. Do be sure to check the price of a service beforehand. Got a courtesy car with a small amount of fuel so no complaints. The bill will be a bit ouch. Will probably go to sales next year.
Disappointed, Was given a free Mot and service due to My getting a nice letter from the DVLA telling me that if I didn't put road tax on my new car I faced a, fine of 1,000. I took the garage in good faith and paid them to get the road tax for me to pick it up but didn't. So much for free it cost 300+4 weeks later I've had to put the car into another garage as my brake warning light came on. The garage also replaced the brake pipes.Service they call it, MY ARSE, the only thing they serviced was my wallet. This would get a minus score if it was possible.
